About
Naomi Marquez (President) and Richard Marquez (Vice President) are the proud owners of Precision Business Consulting. Lovingly, Naomi and Richard have been together since 1996. Over the years, we devoutly raised our four children in Aurora, Colorado. With those children now adulting, we spend most of our weekends with one or more of our five grandchildren ranging from 15 to one year old.

Richard's passion to his professional and personal relationships is the key to his success. With over two decades in the multifamily industry, he has made a name for himself as a trusted, practical and positive advocate for each business he has had the pleasure of working with.
